Policies

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Loving Adventures Travel.   A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount varies by trip and vendor.  The  deposit amount will be communicated at the time quote is issued.  *Please note the quote request service fee is NOT part of your deposit.

Full payment is typically due 60–120 days prior to departure, depending on the supplier's requirements. You will be receive  a detailed confirmation emailed receipt with a suggested payment plan amount and dates, as well as final payment due date once full deposit is received.   You may receive as a one (1) time courtesy reminder of final payment due  date and amount via email.

Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Loving Adventures Travel.

Cancellation policies vary by supplier (hotel, cruise line, tour operator, etc.). Loving Adventures Travel will provide the specific cancellation terms for your booking at the time of reservation. This information is typically sent via email with reservation confirmation with an attached diret link as is applies.  Any cancellations or changes must be in writing and sent via email to: 4lovingadventures@gmail.com

If your full/final payment is not received by the final posted due date then your reservation is subject to cancellation without further notice.  In the event that a passenger is added or dropped from your room, the overall price is subject to change and the reservation is subject to being rebooked at the current rate for that day. You will be notified via email and will have to approve the new rate if applicable before any changes are finalized.  Any and all trip cancellations non-refundable and non-transferable with Loving Adventures Travel. (see travel protection)

We at Loving Adventures Travel strongly recommends the purchase of travel protection insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen cancellations.

Loving Adventures Travel accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.                                                                                                                                                           We use several authorized third-party vendors to provide form hotel, cruise or air services.    They are not permitted to use information we share with them for any other purpose.                                                           All payments are securely processed via our Third-Party vendors.                                                                                 All prices are quoted and received  in U.S. dollars.

Prices are subject to change until a deposit has been received and the booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, your price is locked in, subject to any applicable supplier surcharges.

Loving Adventures Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel protection insurance. Travel protection can cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and more.

Loving Adventures Travel is NOT responsible for losses incurred due to unforeseen events including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, illness, or supplier insolvency.                                                              Travel protection provides peace of mind and financial protection for your investment.                                         Again, this is primarily optional yet HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as Loving Adventures Travel  DOES NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS unless otherwise specified.

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required health documentation. Passports must typically be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date of travel.

Loving Adventures Travel is NOT responsible for ANY TRAVELER denied boarding or entry due to improper or expired travel documents. Please check the entry requirements for your destination well in advance of travel.
