Where We're Going
Tequila, Jalisco — Mexico
Tequila is a town in Mexico's western state of Jalisco, known worldwide for its production of the famous spirit that bears its name. Nestled near the foot of the Tequila Volcano, the outskirts of town are dotted with endless fields of blue agave — the liquor's main ingredient.
The production process can be observed at several distilleries and haciendas throughout the region. And we will visit a few! Spoiler Alert: We will create our own personal blend and bottle it as a souvenir to take home!

Step inside the historic La Rojeña — the oldest active distillery in Latin America. Walk the grounds where Jose Cuervo tequila has been crafted for centuries, surrounded by the iconic red walls and the legendary raven of the Cuervo family.
